What will happen to shares of Diedrich Coffee now that Peet’s Coffee & Tea will acquire it?

I have about 100 shares of Diedrich Coffee and now that Peet’s Coffee and Tea will be acquiring it, what will happen to its shares? Its stock and cash transaction.

Diedrich Coffee- DDRX
Peet’s Coffee & Tea- PEET

They will be retired.

You will receive, for 100 DDRX, value of $2,600; $1,733 in cash and remainder in PEET shares.

Are there tea/coffee making in the staterooms in the liberty of the seas?

Anyone who has been on this ship, can you tell me if you can make tea/coffee in your stateroom or in you have to go to the resteraunt to get a cup? Also, I know that you have to pay for all your drinks on board, but when you go for breakfast, do you get tea/coffee or do you have to pay for them?

I just cruised on the Liberty this past November and NO there are no coffee pots, tea pots or such for making coffee or tea in the cabin. However, you can call room service and have them deliver it. Actually your cabin will have a supply of breakfast room service menu’s and you can just indicate on it that you want a pot of coffee or hot water and tea bags (and other breakfast items if you want them also) delivered to your room. You will give them a time frame on the menu, like between 6:30 and 7:00 AM, or &;30 and 8:00 AM, and they will give you a call when they are on the way. You hang the menu outside your cabin on the door handle and it will be picked up. OR, you can also or instead pick up the phone in your cabin and order the free room service, OR, you can also place room service orders through the guest services function on the TV. There is one exception for room service and that is there will be a service charge of about $4.95 for room service ordered for deliver between 1:00 Am and 5:00 AM only. There is no charge for the food but this is really just a gratuity service charge for these nighttime deliveries.

Coffee, tea, juices, milk, and punch or lemonade are always free at breakfast, lunch dinner, and late night including room service. The Liberty has a coffee/tea station on the promenade mall that is open 24/7. So you can go get coffee or tea, and snacks, any time of day or night. The ship does have a location where they have Seattle’s Best coffee as a specialty coffee and yes there is a charge for that. But all other is free all of the time.

I want to find a maker that can makes coffee, tea, and other hot beverages at a price below $70. Any help? Thank you.

Keurigs is around 150 – 200 i think but it’s totally worth it because:
1) It will last MUCH longer then other brands and companies
2) Very easy to work
3) You can make anything from hot chocolate to coffee
4) They sell the K-cups anywhere!

At my office we put are money together to get one rather then going to Tim Hortons every day.
So worth it

If you live in Canada they’re selling them at Costco on sale right now

i think i’ll have 2 coffee/tea a day. bottle of water and maybe a pop.

i only let nyself have 1 coffee a day now :/ i get too dizzy if i drink more than that
no tea, dont like it
pop i only drink if i am like out to eat or something
water, whenever i am thirsty, maybe 2 bottles

Just found out I have a dairy intolerance and I don’t like black tea or coffee and I’m avoiding hot chocolate too.. is there any other hot drink I can have? I need hot drinks cause I get cold alot.
mm hot water with lemon sounds nice… anything else like this?

Hot apple cider or a combination of cider and cranberry juice (maybe add a touch of brown sugar depending upon how tart you like it) both come to mind.

I want to breastfeed as long as I can but I need my coffee & tea in the morning….does that mean I have to give it up for a whole year? I’m willing to do this if it does really affect the baby…but if there’s any way around it, I’d like to know.

Yes, it’s fine (although in the first few days you *might* want to avoid it as your baby’s tummy is very delicate… I had a mild curry when my LO was 2 days old and it upset her tummy… I left it a month and it was fine to eat again). Just stick to whatever you drank when you were pregnant.

Green Tea Caffeine Content—discover the Real Truth

It’s just seems like so much hard work these days to get the bottom of green tea caffeine content. To be fair there are two main reasons why the truth is hard to find, so let me share this you.

Firstly, there are many, many types of green tea out there with varying degrees of caffeine content, depending when and how they were picked and which leaves are used.

After a lot of research into this it appears that green tea caffeine content is about the same as normal tea, which is about half that of coffee. Many people try to say it has much less, but that is simply not true.

The only real way of reducing the green tea caffeine content is to use leaves and discard the first brew, which contains most of the caffeine, and you should get a further two brews from it. A bit of a complicated preparation, but it’s the only method that I have seen to lower the caffeine amount.

Decaff green tea is not recommended because of the process used to remove the caffeine, which alters the taste and leaves chemicals in the tea which cancel out many of the health benefits to be had.

I am sure you realize the benefits of green tea which include helping to protect against cancer and lowering your cholesterol among others.

On the lighter side it can help you lose weight as part of a diet and has been proven to help reverse the signs of aging. Not bad for one little herb!

But the green tea caffeine content problem can be easily overcome by taking it in a combined health supplement. This is the most popular way today, and the green tea extract in the supplement is decaffeinated.

They generally contain the same amount as 4-5 cups of tea per day. That’s a lot of green tea to drink!

When green tea is combined with other ingredients like flaxseed oil and turmeric, it has a synergetic effect, which means its health and healing properties are significantly enhanced.

So it is best not to get the benefits of green tea as a stand-alone, but to take it in a product with many ingredients in it that work synergistically with each other.

So what’s next? Well I hope you will read further into this issue of green tea caffeine content and perhaps take some of my advice and take steps to protect your health, not only for now, but for the future too.

My grandma bought me this awesome Alice in Wonderland mug with Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter sipping tea (it’s a shame that movie wasn’t as good as I hoped). I only drink my coffee out of this mug. I also have two Nightmare Before Christmas mugs, but I drink juice out of those ones.

Yes actually. It’s a navy blue one with little spiders crawling down the sides of the cup. And there’s even one on the inside!
