Specific heat capacity of water c = 4.18 J/g-K
Heat released = m * c * (t2 – t1)
= 192 x 4.18 x (24.7 – 21.0)
= 2969.472 J
Number of moles = 2.00
Therefore enthalpy = 2969.472/2.00 J/mol
= 1485 J/mol
= 1.485 kJ/mol
Ans: 1.485 kJ/mol
